Not happy with your purchase? No worries – you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn and in good condition.

Step 2) Input Order ID number
Step 3) Print Shipping label provided, place in original packaging and send your sunglasses to the address on the label. We will not be liable for lost return packages.
Step 4) Once we receive your return package it can take up 2-3 weeks for us to process your return and issue your refund to the same payment method originally used. You will receive an email notification when your refund or exchange is processed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed you can’t cancel or change the order. You can, however, return your order (see details above).

Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email. If not, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get things sorted for you.

Can I buy cake eyewear in stores?
We’re a 100% online brand. We do have pop-up shops from time to time or have limited releases in select retailers. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on where we are.

Are your prices in US or Canadian dollars?
All of our prices are listed in USD. If you are purchasing from another country, when you purchase at checkout, your total will be displayed in USD and the conversion will happen automatically when your payment is processed.
